• Listen to system audio or microphone input (with user permission)
• Convert spoken content into text using speech-to-text technologies
• Send transcripts to AI systems for processing
• Generate real-time suggested answers, explanations, or assistance
• Display AI-generated responses to users

The Services are intended for educational, productivity, preparation, and assistance purposes only.

3. User Responsibility and Consent

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for how you use the application.
• You will obtain all necessary permissions before recording, monitoring, or processing any audio.
• You will comply with all applicable laws, employer policies, examination rules, and organizational guidelines.
• You will not use the Services for illegal activities, fraud, cheating in prohibited examinations, impersonation, or unauthorized surveillance.

You further acknowledge that the Company does not control how users utilize AI-generated outputs.

4. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with parental or legal guardian consent where permitted by law.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Services use artificial intelligence technologies that may generate inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate responses.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated answers are suggestions only
• Responses may contain errors or outdated information
• The Company does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability
• Users must independently verify all outputs before relying on them

The Company shall not be responsible for any decisions, actions, interview outcomes, employment consequences, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to the Services, including software, UI/UX, branding, logos, source code, AI workflows, documentation, and website content, remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal or authorized business purposes.

12. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers including AI model providers, cloud platforms, payment gateways, authentication systems, and analytics services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policies, or actions.

Your use of such third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.

The Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

We are not liable for downtime, AI failures, internet interruptions, data loss, cloud outages, compatibility issues, or OS-level restrictions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, the Company shall not be liable for loss of employment opportunities, failed interviews, exam disqualification, indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, reputation damage, business interruption, or AI inaccuracies.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the previous six (6) months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of laws or regulations, unauthorized recording or monitoring, or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if we believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in abuse or fraud, misused AI systems, attempted unauthorized access, or violated applicable laws.

Termination may result in permanent loss of access and data.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

18. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution.

If disputes cannot be resolved informally, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The arbitration seat shall be Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India. The proceedings shall be conducted in English.

19. Electronic Consent

By using the Services, you consent to electronic communications including emails, in-app notices, digital agreements, and electronic records.

These communications satisfy legal requirements for written communication under applicable law.

20. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication on our website or application. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUTS, AND UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
