Acceptable Use Policy

• Using Interview Mode for your own personal job interviews
• Uploading your own resume for AI-based analysis and improvement
• Reviewing AI-generated suggestions and adapting them to your own answers
• Using the App on a single personal device under one registered account

2. Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Account sharing: sharing your login credentials or purchased hours with other individuals
• Reselling access: selling, sublicensing, or renting your account or plan to others
• Reverse engineering: attempting to decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the App
• Impersonation: using the App to impersonate another person during interviews conducted on their behalf
• Screen capture and distribution: recording, streaming, or publicly sharing the App's real-time output without written consent
• Automated access: using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with or scrape the App
• Abuse of support: filing false refund claims or chargebacks without legitimate basis
• Interference: attempting to disrupt, overload, or compromise the App's servers or infrastructure
• Using the Services for unlawful surveillance, or during restricted examinations or assessments
• Uploading malicious code or malware, or violating any intellectual property rights

3. Consequences of Violation

Any violation of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account
• Forfeiture of remaining purchased hours without refund
• Legal action under applicable Indian law
• Reporting to relevant authorities if illegal activity is detected

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of the jobcrackai App, please report it to support@jobcrackai.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
