Yes. Download the desktop app, open it, and it runs in the background. It sets up automatically and shows a clean overlay window with expert coding tips during your sessions.
Yes. Every new account gets a free trial, currently 15 minutes of assistant time, so you can try the desktop app before buying a plan.
Plans are prepaid packs of assistant hours, not monthly subscriptions. Silver: 2 hours, valid for 1 month (₹999). Gold: 5 hours, valid for 3 months (₹2,499). Platinum: 10 hours, valid for 6 months (₹4,999). See the Pricing page for current prices and features.
Click any Subscribe button on the Pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, and we accept all major cards, UPI, net banking and digital wallets.
Because access is delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable, except when a persistent technical failure on our side blocks you from using the app and our support team cannot fix it within 3 business days. Refund requests must be emailed to support@jobcrackai.com within 24 hours of purchase, with your registered email and Razorpay transaction ID. See the Refund Policy for full details.
The desktop app runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). macOS support is in active development.
Yes. JobCrack AI works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and other popular meeting apps. It captures the call audio to show guidance on your screen.
Sign in, open the Resume ATS Scanner and upload your resume as a PDF or TXT file. You get an ATS score, skill gaps and keyword suggestions for tech roles.
Join as a promoter to get your own referral link. When people sign up or buy a plan through your link, you earn a commission. You can track clicks, sign-ups and earnings in your Promoter Dashboard, and payouts go to your bank account or UPI once you reach the minimum payout amount.
Yes. Your data, files and transcriptions are encrypted, and we never share or sell your personal details or interview history.
